ces management and property management, executive information system, workflow, document manag-
ement and collaborative tool. FlexSystem Solutions are designed to improve the efficiency of operations,

FlexSystem has successfully built a strong foundation for its enterprise software business in the Greater
China region, with established offices in Shanghai , Beijing , Guangzhou , Shenzhen, Macau and Taipei .
Its products have been certified by PRC Finance Bureau to be in compliance with the PRC accounting sta-
ndards in 1997. In order to facilitate the localization, we established the R&D centers in Shanghai and Be-
ijing , with more than 100 engineers to develop and modify the systems compatible with the needs of lo-
cal enterprises.
