The most globalized bank in China, covering 27 countries and regions with 11, 609 offices and branches
in China and 549 in overseas. Being one of the largest scale banks in China,they need to select the glo- 
balized and reputable system company to assist their IT reformation. After strictly consideration, they fi-
nally chose FlexSystem to manage their 19 branches in Shanghai for BOC and 15 cities for BOCI in 2002

BOC and BOCI are using our Thin-Client version of Finance Management System in their 19 sub-branch-
es all over Shanghai and 15 cities all over China for the sake of centralizing and sharing the data for a-
alysis speedy. The system mainly centralizes the data from various of branches and cities. They can m-
ake use of their existing networks and hardwares resources.They hope the system is powerful enough to
to handle the expenses of each branch and cost center in order to strengthen the monitoring.

Moreover, for BOCI, they need to consolidate the data between PRC and HK periodically. They wish the
system can also generate the reports to comply the standard not only for China but also for HK due to
the different GAAP.After inspection,we found our consolidation function and FION can not only assist th-
em to fulfill this works and at the same time releasing their workloads raised from this works before.
